1 Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ZK688 may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account usage — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

3 Age Verification

ZK688 is strictly an 18+ platform. Underage gambling is not permitted under any circumstances. We take this requirement seriously and apply the following measures:

• Age confirmation is required during registration.
• ZK688 may request documentary proof of age at any point — a CNIC or other government-issued ID showing date of birth.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the wagering requirement specified for that particular offer before any associated winnings can be cashed out.

5.2 Abuse and Fraud

Winnings generated through abusive bonus usage are not eligible for withdrawal.

6 Game Rules and Betting

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed — bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement.
• In the event of a sporting event being abandoned or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to the rules displayed for that specific market.
• ZK688 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event's outcome has become reasonably certain, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino

All casino games on ZK688 use certified random number generators (RNG) for digital games, and professionally trained dealers for live casino titles. The house edge for each game is determined by the game provider's certified rules. Results from technical malfunctions are void and any stakes involved will be returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

ZK688 maintains the integrity of its platform by enforcing clear rules around acceptable player behaviour. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account per person or household
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches for financial gain

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against ZK688
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• At the account holder's own written request

If your account is closed for a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for non-breach reasons (for example, at your own request), your remaining PKR balance will be returned to your verified payment method after any pending wagering requirements are resolved.

9 Privacy and Data

ZK688 collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify identities, process payments and provide customer support.
